Your check-in outside of reception opening hours
Our key machine “digibox” enables you to check in with your key code even after reception has closed.
The key code can be found in your booking confirmation or in the email we send you a few days before you are due to arrive.

The key code corresponds to the last four digits of your booking number. (PLEASE NOTE: the PIN code provided by Booking.com is NOT intended for this purpose.) - Bookings via the website:
We will send you the key code a few days before you are due to arrive. If you have stayed with us several times before, the PIN code from your last booking will be valid (= your personal key code). - Our reception team is available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, on Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and on Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm.
If you have any doubts about your key code, please contact reception during opening hours before your arrival.

We cannot guarantee a smooth check-in procedure if not.
All room keys lock the main entrance to the building as well as the inner entrance door.
The second door on the right in the lobby area (BEFORE the glass door!) leads to the stairwell and the lift. Reception is located on the first floor; guest rooms are on floors 1 to 4. The breakfast room is on the second floor.
